What’s included with the VIP Tickets?

Access to VIP tent
Complimentary meal, snacks, and beverages including beer, wine, and liquor
Main Stage Artists meet and greets (Upon band's discretion)

Is this an all ages’ show?

Yes!

Will there be food available?

Yes, we will have a variety of food vendors on site.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, vip & general admission tickets will be available at the gates, if available.

I purchased my ticket online, what do I need to redeem my wristband?

Bring your printed ticket from your confirmation email and a valid ID.

Do I have to pay for parking?

No, parking is free for all ticket holders.

What is included with the VIP Ticket?

May I bring in a cooler?

No outside food, coolers, drinks, or beverage containers are allowed in the gated area (except for formula and other food items for infants).

Can I use my credit card at the festival?

The festival does not at this time accept credit cards. Some food vendors might accept cards but that is up to their discretion. There will be an ATM onsite , but we can't promise that the ATM will be able to connect with your bank. We suggest bringing cash just in case.

Will meet and greets be available for General Admission ticket holders?

In the past, artists sometimes had informal meet and greets at the band merch area after performances. However, there is no guarantee that this will happen.

How will I know where to park?

You will need to follow the signs posted at the park entrances to direct you to your parking area. Please see the Shiner Music Festival map, located in the GETTING TO THE FESTIVAL page, for details.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed at the festival unless they are certified service animals.

Can I bring in my lawn chairs?

Yes, you are free to bring your own lawn chairs or blankets (there are stickers).

things to remember

This is an outside event...in Texas (weather is pretty much a crapshoot in October...and any other time for that matter). Pack a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen...and possibly a light coat and/or a raincoat.
Don't forget to break in your dancin' shoes...aka boots.
This is a rain or shine event.
All tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded at anytime. Tickets purchased online are transferable until two days prior to the event. Please read our Refund/Return Policy for further information.
